Motorsport Sponsor Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the Vale Workshop Supplies Motorsport Sponsor Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By registering, paying the one-time fee, or participating, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These form a legally binding agreement between you and Vale Workshop Supplies, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11488934, with its registered office at Orchard end, Badsey fields lane, Badsey, Evesham, Worcs, WR11 7EX (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree, do not register or participate. We may update these Terms—changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation means acceptance. We’ll notify you of material changes via email.
2. Eligibility and Registration To join:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a motorsport enthusiast with a competition vehicle (e.g., for circuit racing, motocross, rally) to display our stickers.
- Not be a direct competitor selling similar workshop consumables.
- Provide accurate details during registration.
We approve registrations at our sole discretion. No refunds on fees if rejected post-payment.
3. Program Overview Earn uncapped commissions by promoting our workshop consumables to garages, workshops, race teams, and fans using your unique discount code.
- How It Works:
- Choose and pay for Bronze (£25), Silver (£40), or Gold package (£50) (one-time fee for 1-year materials).
- Receive your Sponsor Pack: stickers, custom business cards to insert your code, promotional flyers, and product catalogues.
- Set up profile: Submit form with racing discipline, location, action photos; activate dashboard; send photo of stickers on your vehicle/gear (we may share on social media).
- Promote: Share code for 10% customer discount; earn commission on sales.
- Tracking: Via unique code on our website. Valid for 1 year (renewable).
- Qualified Sales: Genuine purchases using your code, excluding self-referrals, fraud, refunds, or cancellations. (No sponsorship support mentions on invoices).
4. Package Tiers and Commissions One-time fees cover 1-year materials (higher tiers = more items + better webpage placement). Commissions are uncapped percentages of net sale value (after 10% discount, taxes, shipping, returns).

5. Promotion Rules Allowed:
- Distribute flyers/cards at racing events, to workshops/garages (target large ones with more technicians/vehicles).
- Share code on social media, with fans/teams and friends.
- Use provided materials only.
Prohibited:
- Spam (e.g., unsolicited emails).
- Bidding on our trademarks in ads.
- False claims (e.g., unapproved guarantees).
- Promoting on illegal/offensive sites.
- Fraud (e.g., fake orders, code sharing for non-promotion).
- Using code for personal discounts beyond 10%.
Comply with UK laws (e.g., CAP Code for ads, GDPR for data).
6. Intellectual Property and Verification
- License: Limited, revocable right to use our logos/stickers/flyers for Program promotion only. Do not modify.
- Verification: Submit sticker photo within 14 days of pack receipt. All profile photos/content become our property (perpetual license to use/share).
- Ownership: New content you create using our materials grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license. Remove all materials post-termination.
7. Compliance and Representations
- Follow all UK/EU laws (e.g., tax reporting to HMRC, no misleading ads).
- You’re an independent contractor—not our employee/agent.
- Indemnify us against claims from your promotions (e.g., IP infringement).
- We comply with GDPR; see our Privacy Policy.
8. Confidentiality Keep promo codes, sales data, and business info private. Survives termination.
9. Termination and Suspension
- By You: Email info@valeworkshopsupplies.co.uk to withdraw (forfeit unused materials).
- By Us: Immediate suspension/termination for violations, fraud, or inactivity (no notice needed). Unpaid commissions forfeited if improper.
- Post-termination: Code deactivates; return/ destroy materials.
10. Liability and Disclaimers Program “as is.” No warranties. Liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months. No indirect damages (e.g., lost earnings). You release us from third-party claims.
11. Governing Law Governed by laws of England and Wales. Disputes in [e.g., courts of London].
12. Miscellaneous
- Force Majeure: Delays excused for events beyond control.
- Entire Agreement: Supersedes prior talks.
- Severability: Invalid parts don’t affect rest.
